For each role, the bidder must provide the person’s name and the number of the professional or competence certificate. The project manager must have at least level 6 construction engineer qualification with a specialization in building construction, or level 6 construction manager qualification with a specialization in general construction. The site manager must have at least level 5 construction work manager qualification with a specialization in general construction works. The ventilation and heating systems specialist must have at least level 6 heating, ventilation and cooling engineer qualification with the relevant management competences, or level 6 construction manager qualification with a specialization in indoor climate systems. The water supply and sewerage systems specialist must have at least level 6 water supply and sewerage engineer qualification, or level 6 construction manager qualification with the relevant specialization. For electrical works, the person involved must have at least a class B competence certificate or level 6 electrical engineer qualification in consumer electrical installations. The bidder must confirm that it accepts the possibility of providing a performance-period guarantee of 5% of the contract value no later than the contract date or within 10 calendar days after contract signature. As an alternative, the corresponding amount may be deposited in the contracting authority’s or a notary’s account, provided that the beneficiary remains the entitled party throughout the construction period.
