Summary
The tender concerns the procurement of an energy storage solution. The bidder must take into account prior experience, financial capacity, technical competence and confirmation of bid compliance. The bid price must be submitted according to the prescribed structure.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have previously completed at least one battery container installation project in Estonia and energy storage projects with a total volume of at least 10 MWh. References must be provided together with the project description, volume and the client’s contact details.
The bidder’s turnover for the last three financial years must be at least EUR 2 million per year. The bidder must submit sales turnover figures for the last 3 financial years.
The bidder must have qualified electrical and technical engineers in its own team. The team must be able to carry out installation, commissioning, electrical connections and design work. The specialists must be certified by the manufacturer and have the right to sell and maintain the relevant solution.
