Compliance requirements

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must submit a bid that complies with the conditions described in the tender documents. The service description must show the bidder profile, team member information, the structure and content of the development programme, the learning methodology and materials for the training modules, the premises and catering provided for the training days, and a detailed activity and timetable. The bid price must be submitted in the required structure and must cover the preparation and delivery of the programme for two participant groups, including individual development support and catering and premises. The team must be sufficiently staffed: a project manager, a coordinator if needed, trainers and subject-matter experts. For the project manager, the bidder must provide proof of higher education and a CV; for trainers and experts, proof of education and CVs must be provided. If this is a joint bid, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be attached.
