Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice includes standard exclusion grounds such as participation in a criminal organisation, corruption and fraud. The bidder or its managers/representatives must not have a final conviction for these offences within the last five years, unless the conviction period has expired. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning where allowed. The exact list and any additional grounds must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have carried out at least 2 comparable cinema seat supply and installation projects within the last 3 years. Each project must have had a value of at least EUR 30,000, and the bidder must provide the name, telephone number and email address of the other contracting party’s contact person. The average annual turnover must be EUR 100,000 for the required years in the period 01/01/2022–31/12/2024. The bid must also include a detailed technical description, certificates proving compliance with standards and fire safety requirements, confirmation of warranty terms and spare-part availability, an installation schedule, a maintenance manual, and a fabric sample. In addition, the bidder must confirm the joint bid, trade secret, bid compliance and equivalence requirements where applicable.
