Compliance requirements

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have carried out at least 2 comparable cinema seat supply and installation projects within the last 3 years. Each project must have had a value of at least EUR 30,000, and the bidder must provide the name, telephone number and email address of the other contracting party’s contact person. The average annual turnover must be EUR 100,000 for the required years in the period 01/01/2022–31/12/2024. The bid must also include a detailed technical description, certificates proving compliance with standards and fire safety requirements, confirmation of warranty terms and spare-part availability, an installation schedule, a maintenance manual, and a fabric sample. In addition, the bidder must confirm the joint bid, trade secret, bid compliance and equivalence requirements where applicable.
