Compliance requirements
The bidder must not have a final court judgment for corruption, fraud, money laundering or another serious offence. As of the bid submission date, the bidder must not have tax arrears exceeding EUR 100. The bidder must not be bankrupt, in liquidation, or have suspended business activities. The bidder must not have submitted false information about compliance with the qualification requirements.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder’s average annual turnover for the last 3 financial years must be at least EUR 200,000. To prove this, the bidder must submit the financial statements for the last three years.
The bidder must have successfully completed at least 2 similar projects in the last three years: supply and installation of an energy storage system, with at least one project having a capacity of at least 200 kW. The similar projects must be listed together with the client’s contact details.
The bidder’s project manager must have at least 1 year of experience in installing energy storage systems. This experience must be evidenced by a CV.
