Operation of a school platform

Summary

The tender concerns the operation of a school platform and IT support services for the City of Freiburg’s school IT infrastructure. The contractor must operate the pedagogical school network, the school administration network and network management for around 65 schools, and gradually migrate the existing school systems to a single centrally operated platform. The scope includes analysis, planning, data migration, integration, commissioning, and the integration and configuration of hardware and software components. This is a framework agreement with call-off services provided as needed. Price is one award criterion, but quality is also heavily weighted.
