Facility maintenance services for Kajaani data centres

Summary

The tender concerns facility maintenance, repair and support services for CSC’s Kajaani data centres, including 24/7 monitoring and standby duties, inspection rounds, repair initiation and supervision, reporting, and other separately ordered building maintenance tasks. The services will mainly be provided at the LUMI premises in Kajaani at Tehdaskatu 15 and, from 2027 onwards, also at the LUMI AI premises. Before submitting a tender, the bidder must visit the site and sign a security agreement; personnel performing the contract must pass a limited security clearance.
