Purchase of laser pistols and accessories

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of 600 laser pistols, 600 hit sensors/indicators with mounting brackets and stands, plus an unrestricted online support service package. The supplier must deliver the goods to the designated place, and if needed also commission them. The products must be new. The bid must include a signed product description showing the manufacturer, exact type, origin and technical characteristics in enough detail to prove compliance with the technical specification. The bidder must meet financial and technical qualification requirements, submit the European Single Procurement Document, and later provide evidence if requested. The financial threshold is a total net turnover of at least HUF 200,000,000 in the last three closed financial years. For technical capacity, the bidder must show at least 300 successfully supplied laser pistols and/or related hit sensors/indicators within the last 3 years. The bidder must also confirm exclusion grounds, beneficial ownership information, and compliance with the Russia sanctions ban under EU Regulation 833/2014 Article 5k(1).
