Summary
The tender concerns group medical insurance for employees of the Marshal's Office of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship and their family members. The bidder must be authorised to carry out health insurance activity in Poland, or provide an equivalent document proving such authorisation for the insurance risks covered by the contract. In a joint bid, it is enough if at least one bidder holds the required authorisation and performs the services for which it is required. Based on this criterion, up to 5 bidders with the strongest experience will be invited to the next stage. The bidder must also have a team with at least 1 dedicated contract manager with at least 2 years of experience in servicing health insurance or medical packages for groups of more than 300 people, and at least 1 person responsible for supervising the quality of medical services with at least 2 years of experience in coordinating medical services. These two roles may not be combined in one person. The bidder must submit a service list and a staff list with details of qualifications, experience, education and duties. Exact form and evidence requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
