Execution of the permanent exhibition “Solny klejnot w koronie” in the North and Middle Castle buildings of the Wieliczka Saltworks Museum

Summary

The tender concerns the execution of a permanent exhibition called “Solny klejnot w koronie” in the North and Middle Castle buildings of the Wieliczka Saltworks Museum. The contractor must design, supply, install and commission exhibition elements, including display cases, multimedia equipment, multimedia stations and the designed exhibition arrangement. The content and models are excluded from the scope of this contract and will be provided by other contractors. The contract is split into two stages: Stage I for the North Castle and Stage II for the Middle Castle. Stage I must be completed within 18 months from contract signature, with installation within 12 months and content/model loading within the following 6 months. Stage II must start no earlier than 1 July 2027 and be completed within 15 months, with installation within 12 months from that date and content/model loading within the following 3 months, subject to possible adjustment but not later than 1 October 2027. Bidders must meet experience requirements, provide a project manager with the required exhibition supervision experience, submit samples with the offer, provide a bid security of PLN 300,000, and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price. Some design documentation is confidential and can be accessed only after signing a confidentiality statement and receiving the access code.
