Development of digital models and software tools for sanitation and water treatment

Summary

The tender concerns external specialist support to develop digital process models and software tools for wastewater treatment and sanitation. The work includes process models, receiving-environment quality models, operational IT tools, real-time calculation solutions and improvements to the existing IT architecture. The contract is planned as a framework agreement for up to 4 years, with lots and subsequent call-off contracts. Electronic submission is required.
