Infrastructure and municipal engineering design software and cost estimation software

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement of software for infrastructure and municipal engineering design and software for cost estimation of infrastructure projects for the City of Lappeenranta. The design software must support road, bridge, water supply, landscape and area planning, including special traffic-related design and vehicle track checks for different vehicle classes. It must be compatible with Trimble Locus Cloud files. The cost estimation software must produce detailed cost estimates for road, rail and waterway projects as well as street and municipal engineering projects, and it must include emissions calculation tools for carbon footprint calculations. The contract is divided into two lots, and one supplier will be selected for each lot. Price is the only award criterion. Electronic invoicing is required.
