Summary

The tender concerns service and ongoing maintenance of selected ventilation and air-conditioning systems in the buildings of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, divided into 8 tasks. A bidder may submit an offer for up to 3 tasks only; an offer for more than 3 tasks will be rejected. The bidder must provide at least two separate people in each team working on the contracting authority’s site for each task, and the staff carrying out ventilation and air-conditioning maintenance and entries in the Central Register must be employed under an employment contract. The bidder should also note the required bid documents, the need for civil liability insurance, the 24-month quality warranty for repairs and replaced parts, and the 6-hour response time for service calls.
