Preparation of project documentation for adapting the Strzelin campus to sanitary and fire-safety requirements

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of project documentation for adapting the Strzelin campus to sanitary and fire-safety requirements. The contract is for one task/lot. A bidder must be registered in the relevant professional or commercial register in its country of establishment. In Poland, this means the National Court Register or the Central Registration and Information on Business. A current register extract must be issued no earlier than 6 months before submission. The bidder must have, or be able to provide, a team including an architect, a structural designer, a designer for heating/ventilation/gas/water and sewage systems, an electrical designer, and a fire-safety expert, each with the required professional authorisations and at least 10 years of experience. The notice also requires experience in preparing at least one complete set of design documentation for the architect and at least one complete set of design documentation for the fire-safety expert. For technical capacity, the bidder must show that in the last 3 years it has properly performed at least 3 services lasting continuously for at least 12 months and has completed at least 3 similar design documentation sets worth at least PLN 300,000 each. The notice also shows a separate experience requirement for at least 3 multidisciplinary design documentation services in the construction, reconstruction, renovation or modernisation of heating and energy networks, each worth at least PLN 200,000. The bidder must submit a list of services and evidence such as references or other documents proving proper performance. If services are still ongoing, the confirming documents must be recent. Exclusion grounds include criminal convictions, tax and social security arrears, serious professional misconduct, collusion, false statements, and prior serious contract breaches.
