Security and lobby services

Summary

The tender concerns Aalto University’s security and lobby services. The contract covers reception, local guarding, security guarding, patrol guarding, alarm monitoring and alarm response services, as well as the Aalto-Apua service, as described in the tender documents. Aalto University’s own concierge services are not included. The supplier must be able to deliver the services in a high-quality and economically advantageous way, taking into account the university’s operating environment and special characteristics.
