Purchase of Central Printing System services

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of services for a Central Printing System that will enable the contracting authority to make black-and-white and colour copies/prints and scan documents on the contractor’s multifunction and printing devices installed at the contracting authority’s premises in Warsaw, Katowice and Wrocław. The contract runs for 48 months. The bidder must provide a project team, meet experience and certification requirements, submit a bid security of PLN 70,000, and provide a performance security equal to 2% of the total gross bid price before contract signature.
