Summary

This is a framework agreement for the purchase of audiovisual, stage and multimedia equipment for the needs of the Cité des Congrès de Nantes and the Beaujoire exhibition park. The contractor may also have to provide technical advice, trials with qualified staff and loan equipment, operational checks before delivery, transport and delivery, recycling and waste removal, staff training, and technical and corrective maintenance. The framework may be implemented through purchase orders or, where needed, subsequent contracts. The maximum framework value is EUR 1,350,000, up to 3 operators may be appointed, e-invoicing is required, and tenders must be submitted electronically by 26 May 2026 at 12:00.
