Interives I – urban planning framework agreement

Summary

This is a services framework agreement for urban, architectural, landscape and environmental studies, public-space design services and coordination of real-estate projects for the operational development of the Interives I development zone in Fleury-les-Aubrais. The contract is planned for 4 years and may be renewed twice for 2 years each. The procedure is restricted and only the first three candidates admitted to submit a tender are shortlisted. Bidders must check the tender documents for the exact qualification requirements, including economic and financial capacity, technical and professional capacity, and references for similar projects. E-invoicing is required.
