HELMo Campus de l'Ourthe - creation of new infrastructure (classroom building)

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a new classroom building and the surrounding works on the HELMo Campus de l’Ourthe in Liège. The project includes a cafeteria on two floors, classrooms on four levels, technical and service spaces, partial de-sealing and renaturation of part of the parking area, and direct site works. The building uses geothermal heating, timber structure and floors, prefabricated timber-frame wall elements, and timber cladding. The contract is divided into 5 lots: structural works, electricity, HVAC/sanitary, geothermal drilling, and lifts.
