Summary

The tender concerns adult education and other training services in the Zaanstreek-Waterland region. One provider is sought to deliver formal and non-formal basic skills education to adults aged 18+ who are not subject to civic integration obligations. The contract covers language, numeracy and digital basic skills training for both native speakers and second-language learners, as well as B2-level language training for non-integration participants, but only when referred by a municipal service desk. This is a framework agreement and there is no guarantee of turnover, purchase volumes or quantities; more detailed historical volumes and budget caps are set out in the tender documents.
