Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice includes standard exclusion grounds, including criminal organisation participation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking. The bidder must confirm the absence of these grounds and, where applicable, may need to provide evidence of self-cleaning. The exact list and any detailed conditions should be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must demonstrate previous experience in furniture sales. For Lot 1, at least 3 similar furniture sales contracts completed properly within the last 36 months are required, each with a value of at least EUR 10,000 excluding VAT, or one similar furniture sales contract with a value of at least EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. For Lot 2, at least 1 similar furniture sales contract completed properly within the last 36 months is required, with a value of at least EUR 2,000 excluding VAT. To prove this, the bidder must provide contract descriptions, values, dates and the other contracting parties. If any further qualification or compliance requirements still need checking, they must be verified in the tender documents. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise requirements.
