Participation requirements

Tender requirements are available in the official tender documents.

Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor its management, supervisory or representative persons have been finally convicted within the last five years for the listed criminal offences, such as participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other serious offences. If an exclusion ground exists, the bidder may, where allowed, submit evidence of self-cleaning. The machine-readable notice did not include the full list of exclusion grounds, so the exact grounds must be checked in the official tender documents.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must submit the ESPD and confirm compliance with the exclusion grounds and qualification requirements. The machine-readable notice clearly stated at least the following qualification and compliance requirements: the team must include at least one exhibition stand architect and at least one exhibition stand designer. A CV or other required information must be provided for each role, and the architect and designer must meet the conditions set out in points 5.2.1 and 5.3.1 of Annex 1 to the tender documents. In the case of a joint tender, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be submitted. The tender must comply with all conditions set out in the tender documents, and conditional tenders are not permitted. If the bidder relies on the capacities of other entities or uses subcontractors, this must be confirmed accordingly. The exact exclusion grounds and all qualification requirements must be checked in the tender documents. The machine-readable notice did not include precise requirements beyond these points, so the official tender documents must be reviewed.
