Supply of Jackets (Level 5) KFT

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of jackets (Level 5) KFT for the State Border Guard and the contracting authority’s needs. The contract runs for 48 months from entry into force or until the maximum contract amount is reached, whichever comes first, with a possible extension of up to 12 months if the maximum amount has not been used. The bidder must submit the offer in Latvian through the EIS e-tender subsystem, provide the required forms, technical offer, laboratory test reports and product samples, and meet the registration, liquidity and experience requirements. The offer may include variants that comply with the minimum technical requirements. An advance payment of up to 20% is possible, but then an unconditional bank guarantee or insurance policy is required.
