Terms
These terms describe the basic rules for using Euroopahanked. The text is a short practical summary and applies to companies and freelance users.
Euroopahanked helps search European tenders, monitor tenders matching CPV preferences, use AI support for tender analysis and add or view collaboration listings.
The user must provide correct information, keep access secure and use the service for their company or freelance activity. If the user adds company data or other users, they must have the right to do so.
Tender data comes from RHR, TED or other public sources and may change. Euroopahanked helps find and understand information, but final information must always be checked in the official tender documents.
AI answers are supporting summaries and explanations. They are not legal or financial advice, do not guarantee participation success and do not replace official tender documents or professional advice.
Euroopahanked forwards listings, contact requests and messages added by users. We do not verify the suitability of collaboration partners, guarantee cooperation quality or become a party to agreements between users.
The first two months after registration are free. After that, access depends on the selected monthly or annual plan and the paid period. If the service is cancelled before the end of the billing period, payments are not refunded, but access remains active until the end of the paid period.
It is prohibited to disrupt the service, use malicious automation, provide false information, collect other users' data or use the service in a way that harms Euroopahanked, other users or third parties.
The service is developed continuously and may occasionally have interruptions, maintenance or functionality changes. Users will be informed of material changes within a reasonable time.
Use of the service is governed by Estonian law. For questions or complaints, contact the service provider by email.
