Accessibility
This statement describes the accessibility goal, current status, known limitations and feedback channel for the Euroopahanked web application.
This statement applies to the Euroopahanked web application at https://euroopahanked.ee, including public pages, tender search, tender details, registration, profile management and invoice views.
Euroopahanked aims to meet EN 301 549 V3.2.1 and practical WCAG AA web requirements. The service is under active development and an independent final audit has not yet been completed, so we currently assess the status as partially compliant.
The application uses semantic HTML, visible focus, keyboard-operable buttons and links, light and dark theme support, labelled form fields and responsive views. On small screens we avoid horizontal page scrolling for tables and show content in readable stacked layouts.
External RHR and TED pages and official tender documents are not controlled by Euroopahanked. AI summaries and imported tender data are quality-checked, but final information must be verified in the official tender documents. PDF invoices and other generated documents need a separate PDF/UA-style audit later.
Euroopahanked does not currently rely on a disproportionate burden exception. If such an exception becomes necessary, we will add the specific reasoning and remediation plan here.
If you notice an accessibility issue or need information in another format, contact the service provider. We usually respond within 5 working days: info@euroopahanked.ee.
In Estonia, public sector digital accessibility is supervised by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. Euroopahanked uses this statement for voluntary transparency and to describe the EN 301 549 accessibility goal.
