Purchase of mobile communications services

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of mobile communications services for several Latvian Ministry of Health institutions and related bodies, split into three parts. Part 1 covers services for the Ministry of Health, SPKC, VADC, VTMEC, NVD, LAB, PSMVM, VI and LDVC; Part 2 covers services for NMPD; Part 3 covers services to ensure business continuity. The contract term is 36 months or until the planned contract value is used up, depending on which comes first. The award criteria are the most economically advantageous tender for parts 1 and 2 based on the best-value point method, and the lowest total price for part 3. The bidder must submit the offer electronically in Latvian and follow the tender documents.
