Purchase of extended first aid medical supplies

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of extended first aid medical supplies in 21 product groups, including needle containers, decompression needles, adult bag-valve masks, foil blankets, rescue headlamps, hypothermia prevention blankets, immobilisation collars, amputated body part kits, cricothyrotomy kits, medication containers, nasopharyngeal airways, burn dressings, tactical casualty lights, tactical medical scissors, tactical examination gloves, universal splints and venous tourniquets. This is an open procedure that will result in a framework agreement with up to 3 bidders in each product group for 48 months or until the maximum value is reached. The bidder must submit a technical and qualification-based offer, the required forms, manufacturer technical documentation and, if requested, samples. The offer must be submitted in Latvian via the EIS system. Sanctions compliance and restrictions related to Russia/Belarus must also be confirmed, and the goods must comply with the technical specification.
