Supply of fuel for the needs of Jēkabpils municipality and its institutions

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of wood pellets for the needs of Jēkabpils municipality and its institutions in 12 lots. A bidder may submit an offer for one or more lots, but must offer the full quantity of each selected lot. The bid must be submitted only electronically through the EIS system. Price is the only award criterion. No bid guarantee is required. The bid must include the application, technical offer, qualification table with evidence, where applicable powers of attorney and a consortium agreement, and the European Single Procurement Document. If the bidder relies on the capacities of other persons or uses subcontractors with a value of at least EUR 10,000, those persons and their roles/capacity must also be identified.
