Summary
The tender concerns audit services for 2026–2029. The bidder must carry out the audits of LSM’s 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029 annual reports, interim audits, prepare sworn auditor reports and management reports, and provide advice on financial and tax matters. The bidder must also perform financial statement derivative checks and confirmations in EDS. The bidder must take into account the requirements on professional liability insurance, independence, previous experience and compliance with the tender documents.
