Fuel supply

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of fuel for the needs of Ventspils municipality, its subordinate institutions, parish administrations and SIA “VNK serviss”. The tender is divided into 3 lots and a bid may be submitted for one or more lots. The bidder must have at least one fuel station in the relevant area, the ability to use fuel cards, 24/7 service, monthly reporting, and fuel quality that complies with the technical specification, including winter diesel cold resistance of at least -32 °C. The bid must be submitted electronically in EIS, in Latvian, together with the technical and financial offers and the required supporting documents.
