Electricity supply and purchase of generated electricity

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of electricity to SIA “TALSU ŪDENS” facilities and the purchase of electricity generated by the contracting authority’s own production equipment and fed into the grid, at fixed prices for the whole contract term. The bidder must submit a technical offer and a financial offer and must be registered in the electricity traders register or commit to registering before contract signature. The bidder must also have a system use agreement and a balancing agreement, or commit to concluding them. Bids must be submitted electronically only in EIS.
