Wood pellet supply under a framework agreement

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of wood pellets to the contracting authority’s sites under a framework agreement. Deliveries are divided into five lots: Kurzeme and Zemgale, Vidzeme, Central Daugava and Latgale regions in 15 kg bags, 1000 kg big-bags, and delivery by tanker truck with blowing into a silo. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is 4 years or until the contract value of EUR 450,000 excluding VAT is reached. The bidder must submit a technical offer and a financial offer and should note that up to 20 economically most advantageous bidders will be selected.
