Summary

The tender concerns the design of technical documentation, author supervision and construction of a new basketball court at Smilšu Street 3, Saulkrasti. The contract is for the full scope only; it is not divided into lots and variant bids are not allowed. The bidder must take into account that the performance period is 6 months from contract signature and handover of the site to the contractor. Within 4 months, the construction idea documentation must be handed over with the building authority’s acceptance note, and within 2 months the works must be completed up to commissioning. Author supervision continues until the facility is commissioned. The winner must submit a warranty-period security within 10 calendar days after approval of the commissioning act, in the amount of 5% of the value of the construction works excluding VAT. In the first month of the third warranty year, the security may be reduced to 2% if no defects were found in the first two years or if defect-removal deadlines were agreed. The bid must be submitted electronically in EIS, in Latvian, and the bidder must follow the tender document requirements on signing, form completion, price submission in euros excluding VAT, and, where applicable, decryption of the bid.
