Supply of medical gases

Summary

The contracting authority, Jēkabpils Regional Hospital, is procuring the supply of medical gases and cylinder rental for its needs. The procurement is divided into 2 parts: 1) purchase of medical gases and rental of medical gas cylinders; 2) supply of liquefied medical oxygen and technical maintenance of the supply system. A bidder may submit an offer for one or more parts, but each part must cover the full scope. The contract term is 24 months from signing, with a possible extension until the total contract amount is used if that amount is not reached within 24 months. The lowest-price bid wins, provided it meets all tender requirements. The bidder must submit the bid electronically in EIS, in Latvian, and comply with the tender document and electronic signature requirements.
