Supply, implementation and maintenance of a VoIP voice communications system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation, initial configuration and integration of a VoIP voice communications software system with the contracting authority's PikasFleet system, as well as system maintenance and change requests during the contract term. The expected contract duration is up to 36 months: up to 3 months for full system development and handover, and 33 months for maintenance and change-request work after signing the handover certificate. The bidder must take into account registration, experience, team and document-submission requirements.
