Purchase of SMS gateway service

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of SMS gateway services for LVRTC. The contract is divided into two lots: basic SMS gateway service and backup SMS gateway service. A bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots, but the same bidder cannot perform both lots. The award criterion is the most economically advantageous tender with the lowest price in each lot. The bidder must submit the offer electronically through the EIS system, in Latvian, and comply with the tender document requirements on forms, signatures, file format, translations, deadlines and bid security of the submission process.
