Summary

The tender concerns the supply of household goods for Liepāja Regional Hospital for a 24-month period. The bidder must submit an electronic offer in Latvian, complete the technical specification and financial offer form, attach product documentation, and provide free samples for evaluation. The offer may cover one, several or all item positions, but for positions with sub-items the bidder must offer the full scope of the position. Only one offer variant is allowed. The bidder must also meet the registration, subcontractor, joint bid, exclusion and sanctions requirements set out in the tender documents.
