Engineering services in public infrastructure facilities of Saldus municipality

Summary

The tender concerns engineering services for public infrastructure facilities of Saldus municipality. The contract is divided into three parts: preparation of periodic technical inspection reports, in-depth periodic technical inspection reports (technical investigation), and energy audits and energy certificates. A bidder may submit an offer for one, two or all three parts, but not alternative variants. The bidder must submit the offer electronically in the EIS system, in Latvian, with the required participation application, qualification documents, technical offer and financial offer, and must follow the document formatting and signing rules in the tender documents.
