Passenger transport services for regular school transport

Summary

The tender concerns passenger transport services for regular school transport in the Ogre municipality area. The contract is divided into 2 parts: Part 1 covers regular transport in the Lielvārde town, Lielvārde parish, Ķegums and Rembate parish areas; Part 2 covers regular transport in Jumprava parish. The bidder may submit only one tender variant for each part. The bidder must submit the tender electronically in the EIS system, in Latvian, using the forms required by the tender documents. The bid must include a technical offer and a financial offer. The bidder must be able to provide buses meeting the technical specification and, if a bus breaks down, replace it with an equivalent bus within the time required by the technical specification. If a driver cannot start or continue the service, another driver meeting the tender and contract requirements must replace them. The contract runs from signing until 31 May 2028, or until the contract amount is used up, whichever comes first. The contracting authority may extend the contract if the contract amount has not been used up, and may also change the service volume during the contract period depending on budget and logistics needs.
