Rental, installation and servicing of sound and lighting equipment and stage structures for the needs of Dobele Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns the rental, installation and servicing of sound and lighting equipment and stage structures for the needs of Dobele Municipality. The procurement is divided into 2 lots: stage and lighting equipment, and sound equipment. A bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots, but not for individual positions within a lot or alternative offers. The contract term is 12 months from signing or until the contract price is used up, whichever comes first. The bidder must submit the offer electronically in EIS, in Latvian, with the required forms, technical and financial offer, qualification documents and any required powers of attorney or consortium/subcontractor documents. Experience requirements apply: at least one relevant contract in the last 3 years with a minimum value of EUR 20,000 excluding VAT for the relevant lot.
