Conducting sociological surveys of entrepreneurs and the public on attitudes towards corruption

Summary

The tender concerns sociological surveys on attitudes towards corruption among the public and entrepreneurs in Latvia. The service includes at least 1,000 adult residents in an online survey, at least 400 entrepreneurs in an oral survey, analysis of the collected data, comparison with the contracting authority’s 2023–2025 survey data, and a final report in Latvian with graphical materials and microdata. The bidder must meet registration, experience, staffing, software, ESOMAR membership, lead researcher, subcontractor disclosure and financial turnover requirements, and the work must be completed by 1 December 2026 at the latest.
