Room renovation works in the buildings of the Priekuļi association administration

Summary

The tender concerns room renovation works in the buildings of the Priekuļi association administration in Cēsu municipality: PII “Mežmaliņa”, Liepa Culture House and Mārsnēni Community House. The contract covers the full scope only; the tender is not divided into lots and alternative bids are not allowed. The bidder must have at least 2 similar renovation, refurbishment or interior finishing contracts completed in the last 5 years, with a total value of at least EUR 75,000 excluding VAT, and at least one responsible site/work manager.
