Summary

The tender concerns the supply of finished medicinal products and the conclusion of active-ingredient-specific rebate agreements with pharmaceutical companies. The procedure is divided into 102 active-ingredient-based lots, and each lot covers the supply of the relevant medicine. The bidder must be a pharmaceutical company or a consortium of pharmaceutical companies, submit a commercial register extract, a self-declaration and, where applicable, consortium and group-affiliation declarations, and prove the marketing authorisations required for the medicines. E-invoicing is required.
