Recovery of residual waste and other waste fractions

Summary

The tender concerns three waste-treatment lots: acceptance, possible transport and recovery of residual waste, hospital waste, and sorting residues plus impurities from bio-waste treatment. The bidder must be able to accept the waste at its transfer or treatment site and send it mainly to energy recovery. For some lots, the transfer site must be within 30 km of the specified reference point. The bidder must also take account of prior experience, certified waste-management capability, technical capacity, quality management, turnover, insurance, register data and several mandatory declarations.
