The tender concerns the provision, operation and technical support of about 25,000 email mailboxes for employees in the subordinate area of the Thuringian education sector for up to 6 years. The bidder must provide mailboxes with at least 3 GB storage, attachments up to 50 MB, a German-language web-based email client, calendar and address book functions, PGP support, SSO integration, EU-based hosting, at least 99% availability and German-language support on working days from 08:00 to 16:30. Price is the only award criterion.
