Acquisition of monographs

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the individual purchase of monographs in electronic or printed form, regardless of country of origin. It also includes grey literature and publications that are no longer available through regular book trade or publishers and therefore have to be sourced second-hand. The bidder must be prepared to provide at least three suitable references, a commercial register extract and a self-declaration on the EU sanctions package.
