Single-Party Framework for the provision of Digital Transformation Services under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation

Summary

The tender concerns digital transformation services. The bidder must be able to support and maintain PSI’s existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution and design, develop, implement and support a new digital platform to improve regulatory and inspection processes. The work also includes a mobile inspection capability, extension of an existing portal, and integration with PSI’s Microsoft-based environment. This is a single-party framework agreement with an initial term of 4 years and the option to extend twice for 3 years each, subject to satisfactory performance.
