The tender concerns construction works in the existing Theater Münster building in connection with the addition of storeys and energy-efficient refurbishment of the administration building. The works mainly cover metal construction works for new windows in the timber-hybrid extension, the installation of fire-protection aluminium doors, some smoke and heat exhaust rooflights, related ancillary works and 4 years of maintenance.
