Summary

The tender concerns planned and urgent electrical works in the contracting authority’s property portfolio. The work ranges from basic maintenance and service in existing buildings to new installations during renovations and new construction. It covers apartments, stairwells, basements, attics and other premises, and may also include underground cable laying. The exact scope of each task will be defined by the client for each individual call-off or order. This is a framework agreement under which the client may conclude up to 2 contracts.
