Summary

The tender concerns the continuation of building works for the EHPAD Fernand Cuvelier project on two lots: lot 3 covers heating, ventilation, air conditioning, smoke extraction, plumbing and sanitary works, and lot 5 covers lift works. The works will take place in an occupied care home with residents, staff and visitors present, so the contractor must organise the site to ensure safety, comfort and peace for the occupants. A site visit is mandatory for lot 3. Bids may be submitted for one lot, several lots, or both lots. Awarding is based 60% on price and 40% on technical value.
